  Amie Kershner formed AKM Consulting LLC in 2011 after 10 years of fundraising for candidates, party committees and progressive organizations. Amie spent much of the 2016 election cycle serving as Finance Director for Priorities USA Action, the super PAC supporting Hillary Clinton. In that role, she led the team that helped to raise more than $175 million. 

Amie is proud to currently lead the team that serve as fundraising consultants for Senator Chris Coons, Equality PAC, Chellie Pingree for Congress, the Democratic Association of Secretaries of State and the Democratic Legislative Campaign Committee. 

Prior to starting AKM Consulting, Amie served as Campaign Services Director for the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee in the 2010 election cycle.  Before joining the DSCC, Amie was the Major Gifts Director for EMILY’s List. As the head of the Major Gift department, Amie assisted the major gifts fundraisers across the country with research and planning.

Amie is a native Kansan but resides in Takoma Park Maryland with her husband and son.
